Injury news and the expected line-up of your favorite Eredivisie club | Dutch football

The 25th round of the Eredivisie continues today. Tonight, Feyenoord will play against FC Groningen. Tomorrow it is, among other things, Ajax, PSV and AZ tour. See the likely lineups and injury news from the clubs below.

Feyenoord – FC Groningen (today at 21.00)

Specific Feyenoord: Arne Slot has an almost suitable selection. Tyrell Malacia, who was injured against AZ, was able to train fully again this week. Fredrik Aursnes returns after a quarantine, and that means Jorrit Hendrix has to sit back on the bench. Only newcomer Philippe Sandler is not physically ready to play matches yet.

Special features FC Groningen: Due to his fourth yellow card, coach Danny Buijs has been suspended. He received the print last week against Willem II for hitting the ball. Buijs was also absent from Kuip last season, at the time due to private circumstances. Assistant Adrie Poldervaart will serve as head coach in the honors. Whether he can draft Michael de Leeuw is doubtful. Otherwise, Daleho plays Irandust.

PSV – Heracles Almelo (tomorrow at 12.15)

Specialties PSV: After the cup match with the Go Ahead Eagles, there does not seem to be much reason for Roger Schmidt to change. If Cody Gakpo returns, it could be at the expense of Eran Zahavi, and Mario Götze could get a little deeper ahead. Joey Veerman made his starting position last week and seems hard to pass.

Particular features of Heracles: Goalkeeper Janis Blaswich, defender Marco Rente and Nicolai Laursen are ill. Orestis Kiomourtzoglou injured his ankle during training on Thursday, and Lukas Schoofs has not yet recovered from his hip injury.

FC Twente – SC Cambuur (tomorrow, 14.30)

Information FC Twente: Kik Pierie is part of the competition selection for the first time this season. He was out for several months with a complicated back injury. Young defender Mees Hilgers is still suffering from a groin injury and Wout Brama can yet be drafted by coach Ron Jans.

Cambuur details: Cambuur must do it against FC Twente without the taste buds Mees Hoedemakers. The midfielder has a corona. Striker Robert Uldrikis has been out for a few weeks, but his replacement Tom Boere is doing well with three goals in the last two weeks.

Ajax – RKC Waalwijk (tomorrow at 16.45)

Special features of Ajax: Earlier this week, Ajax were still in the dark about the seriousness of Noussair Mazraoui’s crackdown. It is expected that the right back, like Brian Brobbey, who is partially training with the group again, is still missing in the match selection against RKC. Due to persistent goalkeeper problems, André Onana is also under the crossbar again against RKC.

RKC details: Melle Meulensteen does not seem to have recovered from his injury in time, which has led to him dropping out against FC Twente. Until that moment, the captain of the RKC did not miss a minute in this Eredivisie season. Alexander Büttner was also missing during group training on Thursday. A possible replacement is Luuk Wouters, who had a tough afternoon in Waalwijk against Antony (0-5) earlier in the season. Sebbe Augustijns, David Min and Joel Pereira are also unavailable.

NEC – AZ (tomorrow, 16:45)

Specialties NEC: NEC still can not have Jordy Bruijn (sick) and Wilfried Bony (hoarding injury) against AZ. Ivan Márquez is also ill, but he is still in doubt before the meeting with the Alkmaar club. Mikkel Duelund drives Magnus Mattsson on the bench, and if Márquez is actually missing, there is also a base spot for Ali Akman. In that case, coach Rogier Meijer chooses a 4-3-3 system instead of a 5-2-3 system.

Special Features AZ: Milos Kerkez replaces the suspended captain Owen Wijndal. The Hungarian came over from AC Milan during the winter break and can make his Eredivisie debut. It is expected that Fredrik Midtsjø has recovered from the injury that cost him the cup match against Ajax. In that match, Sam Beukema broke his nose. A face mask is mounted on him.

Fortuna Sittard – PEC Zwolle (tomorrow at 20)

Specialties Fortuna: Goalkeeper Yannick van Osch retains his base at Fortuna Sittard, which on Sunday night meets rival PEC Zwolle in Sydlimburg. That means Michael Verrips, who has recovered from physical setbacks, is back on the bench. With a win, Sjors Ultee’s team takes important steps towards enforcement in the Eredivisie.

Special features of PEC Zwolle: Mees de Wit returns to PEC after his suspension against Heracles Almelo last week. As a result, Kenneth Paal starts back on the bench. Dean Huiberts will no longer be in action this season. The midfielder has had surgery on his ankle this week.
