This is what you need to do

In this position, you are responsible for part of the recruitment process, and you work together with our Labor market communication specialist on large and complex recruitment issues. Our recruitment department is continuously developing. From the design of comprehensive nurse recruitment campaigns to the implementation of a new recruitment system. Keeping up with today’s market is of great importance. You like to switch with us. In addition, you go:

  • advising vacancies on an appropriate recruitment strategy and process;
  • responsible for attracting quality candidates by using the right recruitment channels and writing sharp job descriptions;
  • to carry out admissions with (latent) job seekers, where you and the candidate are looking for the most suitable place in our hospital;
  • co-develop our Employer Brand and related labor market communications;
  • play an active role in managing our social media channels and ‘jobs on’ website;
  • building talent pools: identifying and building relationships with talent for future roles;
  • actively network and collaborate with our health departments and HR advisors to attract new employees;
  • share proactive insights from your own expertise about the labor market and Recruitment and translate it into proposals for innovative processes and recruitment strategies.

It is you

  • HBO educated. A study in the direction of HRM or Communication is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Corporate Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex recruiting issues and social media.
  • A strong and enthusiastic conversation partner.
  • Able to change at different levels in the organization. From logistics employee to department manager.
  • Organizationally sensitive, you understand how the organization works and what your contribution should be.
  • Creative in writing job descriptions and coming up with the latest content on our socials. Instagram and TikTok have no secrets for you. You take us with you in the latest trends.

People & Development Service Unit

Every day at People & Development, more than 100 colleagues work on HR, training and organizational issues. The concepts of connectedness, quality and energy are central to us. The merged department has a solid foundation, a high-quality and driven team with an in-house position. We work with HR, training and organizational innovation and support our people with various issues and services. The recruitment department

The recruitment team consists of 5 passionate colleagues: a recruitment project manager (Janne), three recruiters (Natascha, Carolien, Yvonne) and an Employer Branding specialist (Sophie). The department is led by our department manager Mirjam. You will work in a team where everyone is smiling and the question of what to eat tonight is not strange. In addition to that coziness, hard work is central, because together we are responsible for an average of 90 vacancies and a variety of projects on a daily basis.

We work closely together and in this way spar over texts and ideas. The recruitment department is responsible for the recruitment process of all vacant positions within Catharina Hospital. Training and development of department managers, team leaders and consultants are our ‘internal’ customers. Within the recruitment team, you work closely with your colleagues from the People & Development service unit.
