You work in the Communications Team in Meerinzicht.

Meerinzicht is the partnership where the municipalities of Ermelo, Harderwijk and Zeewolde have placed advisory, facilitating and executing tasks with regard to business operations and the social domain. The employees in the Communication Team work for the three municipalities and for Meerinzicht itself.

Depending on your project or job, you work in shifts at one of the 3 town halls or at home.

This is what you want to do
We are looking for an all-round project communication consultant for the municipalities of Ermelo, Harderwijk and Zeewolde. You are responsible for the communication around several internal and external projects. Residents’ participation plays a major role in this. You know what lives and plays in the municipalities, you give meaning to this and translate this into creative and well-thought-out communication advice.

You make municipal issues and dilemmas accessible and transparent in an understandable way both internally and externally. You monitor the results and monitor the connection with the municipal profiling. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a communicative organization.

You are a sparring partner for team leaders, project managers and political advisors for your projects. You regularly sit around the table with a director (as portfolio holder) to discuss your projects.

Your talents

  • A relevant completed education as a communications professional at HBO level.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a communications consultant.
  • Experience from a municipality or other administrative organization is an advantage (but not necessary)
  • Stress resistance.
  • Creativity and flexibility
