Beek – The employee communication platform Netpresenter integrates ChatGPT in the new (beta) version of their platform. As a result, companies can now communicate with their employees via artificial intelligence (AI). ChatGPT, developed by the American company OpenAI, makes it possible to automatically generate, translate and summarize texts based on a few search terms. It also provides suggestions for images to add. The integration of ChatGPT with the platform allows organizations to share this created content with the push of a button through all possible communication channels, from the company app to narrowcasting screens in a canteen. The Dutch company Netpresenter, founded by Frank Hoen, has a worldwide first place with this.

AI as a driving force
In addition to the integration with the public ChatGPT beta version of OpenAI, Netpresenter has added more artificial intelligence to the platform. For example, the platform is able to measure whether the shared information is actually being opened by employees, lingering, and whether more depth or repetition is needed. This allows the platform to automatically tailor the message more specifically to them. Netpresenter can also, for example, summarize existing content, whether it is in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or the intranet, and share it with colleagues. These messages are then automatically displayed on all devices and screens, such as large screens in a hall or computer screensavers. This functionality is especially useful for sharing important information with employees. The system can also be used in crisis situations, such as a cyber attack or disaster.

A smart communication assistant
By using these AI technologies, organizations are supported in communicating with their employees. It is potentially a smart communication assistant that helps with daily tasks and transmits crucial information. This allows businesses to communicate faster, more cost-effectively and more efficiently, benefiting productivity. Where companies now have to create different content for each communication channel, Netpresenter ensures that the right content automatically reaches the right people via the right channels in a matter of seconds. In this way, employees only see the information that is relevant to them at the time in question. ChatGPT’s output may generate incorrect or unwanted information. Therefore, it is important as a communication professional not to rely entirely on this AI functionality and to always check whether the written content contains the correct information.
